It is interesting how when you are healthier you are happier. I do not mean if you are well you are happy as opposed to being unwell and unhappy. What I mean is that if you are fit and healthy, following a good diet and lifestyle, you tend to be happier as a person. It is interesting that people who start exercising seem to do it more and more because it makes them happier and this is the same for healthy eating. It seems to give you more energy and that gives you more chance of doing more things that you enjoy and therefore making you happier.
