Are unfit and unhealthy people happy? I used to think that I was happy when I was like that but recently I have discovered that I can feel even better. Now that I am fitter and healthier, following a better diet and exercising more I feel so much better. I am sure that it is not just the good chemicals being released when I am exercising or the fact that I am carrying around less weight. I am sure that healthier foods improve your mood and looking better increases your self esteem which also makes you happy. It is all good!

It is interesting how when you are healthier you are happier. I do not mean if you are well you are happy as opposed to being unwell and unhappy. What I mean is that if you are fit and healthy, following a good diet and lifestyle, you tend to be happier as a person. It is interesting that people who start exercising seem to do it more and more because it makes them happier and this is the same for healthy eating. It seems to give you more energy and that gives you more chance of doing more things that you enjoy and therefore making you happier.

Years ago before the days of processed food we were limited to what we could have to eat, usually this would be fresh meats, vegetables and fruit all of which likely contained a fair few amount of vitamins. Nowadays though its far to easy to eat junk food that has been processed and doesn’t necessarily contain anything worthwhile having.

I have been taking a range of vitamin supplements and in general I have noticed a difference although the specific vitamins I have been taking are for sports athletes there seem to do the job. I have been trying Animal Stak and Animal Paks although they are quite pricey they contain a lot of vitamins and minerals
